These Terms apply to services provided by Alle Blackwell (known as) Allen B. Comms (“we”, “us”) to the client (“you”). By purchasing services or engaging us via the website, you agree to these Terms.
Services: We provide strategy, communications, and digital/website services as described on this website and/or in written proposals.
Pricing: Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Any platform/hosting/subscription fees are billed separately unless explicitly included.
Payment: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work begins after payment (or agreed deposit) is received. For monthly services, billing is monthly in advance.
Client responsibilities: You agree to provide necessary information, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays may affect timelines.
Intellectual property: Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables defined in the scope. We retain rights to tools/templates not created specifically for you.
Limitation of liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Governing law: France (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Security of Payment Information
This website does not collect, store, or process full credit or debit card details.
When a payment is made, the buyer is redirected to Wise, where payment information is entered and processed on Wise’s secure platform, not on this website.
Payment card details and other sensitive payment information are transmitted directly to Wise through its own checkout environment. We do not capture, intercept, or retain full card numbers, card security codes, bank login details, or other sensitive authentication data on this website.
Buyers should not send payment card information by email or through website contact forms.

Delivery Policy
Digital delivery: Deliverables are provided digitally (email, shared drive link, or your platform account) unless otherwise stated.
Timelines: Delivery timelines depend on scope and begin after kickoff and payment (or deposit). Typical timelines are stated on the Services page or in your proposal.
Revisions: Where included, revisions must be requested within [7/14] days of delivery.
Third-party services: If your project relies on third-party platforms (hosting, domains, plugins, scheduling, etc.), their availability and policies apply.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fixed-scope projects (e.g., website build, strategy plan):
If you cancel before work begins, you will be refunded minus any non-recoverable fees.
If work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed based on work completed and time reserved. Any completed work to date will be delivered where possible.
Monthly services (e.g., executive comms support):
You can cancel with [14/30] days’ notice before your next billing date.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Rescheduling / no-shows (calls):
Calls can be rescheduled with at least [24] hours’ notice.
No-shows may be charged or counted as delivered time.
